PCA was called upon for an emergency service where the customer needed immediate PLC integration with their multi robot / cell / lathe operation in Arkansas. During this project PCA was challenged with very short time frame to write a complete GuardLogix PLC program to interface with the Nachi Robots, Takisawa Lathes, Brothers Drills, a Safety Cell and Panelview Plus 7 HMI. After two weeks of 12-16 hour work days, the customer was operational and very impressed with the short turn-around.
