Palletizing Robot

Objective: Palletize up to 50 cases per minute.

• Replaced the old robot with a new Fanuc M-410iC/185 and a vacuum EOAT we were able to pick/place up to 5 cases at a time and meet the customers needs.
• Re designed the old control panels to completely swap out the old controls with new sensors, VFDs etc.
• Added new safety light curtains at all entry points with a Guardlogix PLC to keep operators safe.
